Meaningful Gifts Inspired by God's Word

I recently saw a woman sweeping leaves on her driveway on an exceptionally windy day, right in the peak of the leaf-dropping season. Needless to say, the leaves were blowing onto the driveway just as fast as she was sweeping them off.
I couldn’t help but think about my faith journey when I saw this. How often do I feel like my obedient acts to God are futile - like sweeping leaves on a windy, fall day. But the truth is, that every small act we make in obedience to God can have an impact for his kingdom, whether we can see it or not.
“This is love for God: to obey His commands. And His commands are not burdensome…”
1 John 5:3

..Well, in my case, it literally came knocking at my front door at 7:30 the next morning.
Never underestimate the power of prayer!
