I am still experiencing exhaustion and pain with any extra movement... But I am hanging in there and looking forward to a better day soon.

Depression can be a sneaky little devil... This morning I awoke struggling with depression.

Not many changes in our lives here, other than illness due to extreme heat and humidity.

I am getting better at recognizing when I am struggling tho. I noticed the crinkle of the bag that Bill opened this morning sounded extremely loud. Also all other sounds also sounded way amped up. Enough to cause an agitated state of mind. To the point of tears and I just don't know why.

So I told Bill that I noticed all of this and to please understand that I am struggling without any cause that I am able to notice. He is being super supportive.

I think some days carrying the weight and pain that I have carried over the past year just gets to be a bit too much ..
Also missing my only living son without knowing if he's ok or not is extremely heavy to carry .. every day.

So when depression to the extreme hits I have a slight idea, but today ... I just don't know. The world is loud and I just feel lost right now. 😢
