Sarah comes to us with fantastic nursing experience and understands G Street well since she completed two family practice rotations with us while finishing her Nurse Practitioner training. Sarah is accepting new patients at this time and will start with us November 18, 2024.

Due to popular demand, G Street has added a second clinical pharmacist. Our clinical pharmacists work in conjunction with your provider to provide in-depth patient education and specialty care including but not limited to coagulation monitoring, hypertension control, diabetes, Hepatitis C, and HIV.
