Trying something new! We are going to warm up inside and then use the Cardio Party Loop as our track!
Feel free to bring headphones and definitely wear running shoes! After we warm up, you can bring all of your things down to your vehicle and just leave when your workout is complete unless you want to come back upstairs!
As long as the weather permits, well you will keep the structure throughout the summer!
