When the system settles, capacity comes back.

It’s not about pushing harder.
It’s about working with your body differently.

It’s not because your idea was bad.

It’s because their nervous system couldn’t receive it yet.

We don’t need better solutions first.
We need a more regulated system.

Then things start to click.

A lot of what feels like “tightness” in the body is actually guarding.

Your nervous system is trying to create stability and safety, especially when something feels off, overworked, or overwhelmed.

If we only try to stretch or force it to relax, it often comes right back.

Because the goal isn’t just length.
It’s safety.

When the system feels safer, the body can let go.
