Meet Abbie, the heart behind our office operations

As the Office Manager, Abbie plays a big part in keeping Complete Electrical moving each day.

She keeps vendor accounts and payments organized, customer billing on track, payroll processed, and the day-to-day office details in order. Her attention to detail and willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed help keep things running smoothly for everyone.

And beyond everything on her to-do list, Abbie genuinely cares about the people she works with. We’re truly grateful for everything she does for our team, our customers, and Complete Electrical Solutions. She’s a big part of what makes this place feel like family, and we’re lucky to have her.

Meet Benny, Our estimator
Ben is the guy who takes the time to make sure every bid is built on accuracy. From tracking down material costs to calculating labor and everything in between, he puts in the work to make sure every job is priced as it should.

His attention to detail helps us provide precise estimates, and stay competitive. It is an essential part of what we do. Before any project ever gets off the ground Ben is working hard in and out of the office, adding up the numbers and ensuring they make sense.

This week we’re introducing David Gelber, our Project Manager. Since joining the team in late 2022, Dave has kept our contract jobs on track from start to finish. He manages crews, oversees schedules, procures materials and so much more to ensure each job is completed on time and held to the standards we strive for each and every day.

Dave works long hours, looks out for his crew, and goes above and beyond to ensure things continue to run smoothly. We appreciate everything he does for our employees, customers and company.

Complete Electrical Solutions is more than just a business, it’s family.

When Mike took over ownership, he took on a whole lot of responsibility to keep this company moving forward while staying true to the values it was built on - hard work, honesty, and taking care of people.

Since stepping into the ownership role, Mike has put everything he’s got into keeping Complete Electrical Solutions moving forward. He’s the first one to answer a call when something needs handled and the last one to leave when there’s work left to do.

The long hours and sacrifices aren’t always seen, but they’re felt by everyone around him. We’re thankful for all the hard work, dedication, and heart he pours into this company every single day.

What started as a small company has steadily grown into a crew of more than 40 skilled electricians who work hard everyday to keep homes, businesses, and communities powered safely and efficiently.
