Can you drop the mag and pick it up after the stage to save time? We didn’t pick up empty mags in Iraq….. and your targets aren’t shooting back….. if I was designing a course, it would probably hurt …..

Lessons were learned, and hydration was a necessity at Strategic Edge. It was an amazing match and a great group of folks to shoot with! I am still learning some of the rules of USPSA and so I pulled a couple of procedural penalties because of supporting my non-dominant shooting hand while shooting a couple of steel targets but other than that, I felt pretty good about the day! The heat index was 103, so it was grueling, and we shared our hydration drink mix from @110_nutrition with a few of the guys that needed it. On Jan 16, Jeffery Cobb went by the reflection pool and read the names of the 120 officers who gave their all in service to this city. The new range for their SWAT Team is finished. Our crew gave it their all, that no mans ghost would say their training failed them....
