This is the first step in a growing collection of matcha supplies and accessories at 417 Cocktails, because great drink-making doesn’t stop at cocktails.
And yes, we’re still teaching people how to shake a proper margarita. We’re just adding a little green tea chaos to the mix.
A reminder that bottled sour mix cancels out all alleged health benefits. I don’t make the rules.

Our Boat Bottles are made for lake days, pool days, patio days, and those “I’m absolutely not cooking tonight” days.
Pre-order yours at least 24 hours ahead and we’ll have your sipping situation handled.
If it contains juice, shake it. If it’s all booze, stir it.
Not a perfect rule, but it’ll get a home bartender right about 95% of the time. And unlike bottled sour mix, it’s advice that actually improves cocktails.

Every History Uncorked class starts with a lot of brainstorming, cocktail testing, and at least one moment where we wonder if we’re actually working or just having way too much fun.
This Thursday we’re exploring the arrival of the railroad in Springfield through local stories, themed cocktails, and a hands-on mixology experience with Cat from Ty Iechyd Da Distillery and yours truly.

The number of people who walk in expecting a bartender is only slightly higher than the number of people who leave with a cocktail kit.
For legal reasons, the flavored substances are mostly syrups, bitters, and cocktail ingredients. For additional legal reasons, we’re definitely not a bar.
Pink House Alchemy syrups have become a staple around here for a reason. They’re equally at home in a cocktail shaker, a latte, a glass of sparkling water, or a mocktail.
Basically, if it needs flavor, they’ve got an opinion about it.
