Indoor Throwing - Highland Style

This coming Saturday the 22nd will the the 4th and final indoor throwing day. Hope you all can make it. I’d like to organize a stop at a local brewery afterward if you’re all up for it.

Round 2 is this Saturday! I have a couple new throwing toys to try out. We will also have a set of standards this time for WOB and sheaf (height restricted sheaf). Come on our and join us 11:00 - 1:00

Indoor throw toys...

Throwing starts at 11:00am this Sat the 11th. I'll be there a bit early to get set up. We have locker rooms and the men's has one shower. Weather doesn't look great... but it'll be warm in the gym 😁

Ok everybody, thanks to some prodding from friends, I've finally got some dates set for some indoor throwing. These dates are meant as practice dates, not competitions. The hope is to get a lot of reps in and work on techniques. If the first couple go well and we want to have a fun comp at the end, we can work that out.
