As we head into summer, we're taking the first week of June to do a little restructuring and planning behind the scenes.

We're working on a refreshed class schedule and can't wait to share what's coming next. Our updated summer schedule will be released soon, with classes resuming the week of June 7th.

This gentle, all-levels yoga practice will be accompanied by a soothing sound bath experience designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and help you reconnect with the present moment.

Whether you're brand new to yoga or a longtime practitioner, this special community event offers an opportunity to slow down, relax, and enjoy the beauty of summer with others.
