We are a Boxing Fitness gym located in 6728 Commercial Dr. North Springfield, Virginia. In addition to our Jabs class, we also do personal training.
We are a 30 minute cardio/calisthenics class that teaches you boxing while giving you a great workout.

Big thank you to and for inviting us out.
Grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community and invest in the next generation. Moments like this are a reminder of how important it is to show up, teach discipline, and create positive structure for kids early on
