Double closing!!! Congratulations to Kris on both his sale and purchase. We found his buyer on our FIRST DAY on the market, were able to get the home he wanted to buy under contract, and closed both back to back this morning. Valentine's Day Closing!!!!!

2025 is officially off and running!!! First closing on the books and 2 more under contract last week. I'm excited to be helping my client sell his current home and USE HIS EQUITY to go towards buying his new home. We found the perfect home for him, listed his current house and went under contract on DAY 1!!! LIFE IS GOOD- and so is the market!
