I want to celebrate my favorite closing this year yet!
I love working with first time buyers, but it sits even closer to my heart when the family is close friends of mine. They have a large, active family with 5 drivers! Parking and bedrooms were the biggest priority. Finding a beautiful home with a pool, extra living areas AND extra carports was too good to be true! We just couldn’t possibly pass this prize up. With the holidays creeping up.. one being this month! 🎃 they have some great memories coming their way.
One thing I’ll always remember from helping this family is to never.settle. Any house could work… but find what puts that spark in your eye. Find what will provide for you and your family for the years to come. Make the purchase last!

Some things are meant to be!
After finding what felt like happily ever after, this prince charming popped up and swept them off their feet! With a pool, giant fire pit and plenty of room to grow into, this home offered everything and more. Congratulations to my Thomas family on their new (and beautiful) adventure!

Let’s talk closing costs!
Also known as concessions. These are fees necessary for closing. They fluctuate depending on the lender, title company etc. While writing up your offer, we can ask the seller for money to put towards those closing costs. Sometimes both sides can agree, sometimes not so don’t be discouraged on negotiating! If we don’t ask for money for closing costs then those fees are your responsibility.

I’ve been so absent on my business page and focused on what lies ahead that I forget to celebrate myself. We’re all hearing about how INSANE and discouraging the market is.. but let me tell you there is light! I had one of the most flawless transactions ever last week. This wonderful family was put under contract and had the inspector scheduled to be over the next.day. The beginning of this year inspections were at least a week and a half out! 😮
Needless to say, things are turning around in favor for the buyers out there. I couldn’t be happier for these first-time buyers, especially if I can help relieve the stress of this fast paced market.
