Super exciting announcement for the new year!
I’ve signed a contract with Storm under a new collegiate program, SUSBA!⚡️I’ve always used and loved Storm products, so I can’t wait to formally represent this brand and be a part of the team!

The Wichita State Bowling Program is holding our annual Strike-a-thon fundraiser in a few weeks on September 11th! This is the only fundraiser of the year and helps cover the cost of all of the travel, equipment, tournaments, and anything else during the year.

I’ll have 90 minutes to throw as many strikes as possible (100 strike maximum) to help raise money for the program! You can be a sponsor by either donating a flat rate or a rate per strike!

I’m so excited to announce my commitment to Wichita State University! I can’t wait to continue my academic and athletic career here in the fall of 2023💛🖤

Two weekends ago I was given the opportunity to accept a scholarship from the Missouri USBC! I won the Marie Hisel Leadership scholarship. This was my second year having the chance to accept a state scholarship at the annual USBC meeting and I’m honored that they chose me once again! Me and Tallie bowled a sweeper on Friday night and we didn’t do good but we had a lot of fun. I had fun the whole weekend and it was nice to see two Springfield bowlers inducted into the Missouri USBC Hall of Fame!

Yesterday, we had our Missouri High School State competition and banquet. Kickapoo had a good year as a team and were able to win city (the trophy my dad is clutching in the last picture lol), but we unfortunately couldn’t execute like that at state. We bowled 24 baker games and could never stay consistent and string strikes together. There were a lot of really talented teams and we ended up finishing 10th. It’s sad that we ended the year with not our best ex*****on, but I’m still proud of what we did this year and I’m proud of all the other Springfield teams, especially Willard and Ozark for making the stepladder! I was also one of five girls to make the All Star team this year and I’m very grateful for this award! Billy also got an All Star Award on the boys side so Springfield was well represented this weekend! Our Springfield youth coordinator, Cheryl Delashmit, gave me my 300 award from February after the banquet so that was a nice surprise!

This weekend I had the chance to compete in the Southwest Gold stop in Arlington, Texas! This one was a bit of a trek for us, but it was so fun competing in this center! I didn’t bowl horrible, but definitely didn’t bowl great. My spares were solid the second block, and decent the first block. I couldn’t find a very good ball motion either squad on the very tough 2021 Junior Gold Advancers Round pattern. It was still fun seeing some people I don’t get to see often! Last weekend me and my dad went to Wally’s and this weekend we went to Buc-ee’s and we’re for sure team Bucees🙌🏻 As always, thank you to Dicki and RaeLynn for running one of my favorite tours!

Today I bowled the Gateway in St. Louis, MO. I executed very well, but a very spooky pair dug me a hole that I couldn’t get myself out of. I sure tried, but after the bad second game, I couldn’t strike enough to make up for it. Even though missing the cut by 17 sucks, I only missed two makeables, which was 94%. I also had 4 clean games out of the 8 which I can’t hang my head at. This is two tournaments in a row I feel like I’ve executed very well and just not gotten the breaks I needed, but my physical, mental, and spare game are in a good place for my next big string of tournaments!
