Some y'all have seemed to have forgotten what a Drip Box is! A Drip Box is two tamales, drip(salsa), side, chips, and queso all for $10! It is quite the deal! So. It is time to explain what is happening on our end. We have been asked about when we are moving into our new location multiple times, if we are still open, and when we coming back? Well. We are not coming back for a long time. :/

It is kinda bittersweet. See, the spot we were supposed to move in is still occupied by the same people. Plus, each partner is busy doing new projects. Miguel is currently working at various places planning some big moves. Maybe another spot 🤔🤫 Phillip is currently traveling around from music festival to music festival selling Korean Corndogs with his new business WookieDogs ✌️❤️🌽🐶

We are super thankful for the love and support we got throughout our time trying to get this concept off the ground! Thank you! It could not have been possible without y'all! That support is what helped us get to this point for us to be trying new stuff!

As a thank you (and as a way to drum up some money for ventures) we will be having a pop up! We are going to be at Lindberg's Tavern this Monday from 5-9! We will be selling our Drip Boxes, merch, and our Drip Box Supreme. That includes a Drip Box plus a shirt, sticker, coozie, AND pint glass for 25 bucks! All that stuff is while supplies last and subject to change. This is not good bye. This is goodbye for now!

Did you know that El Tamale Drip features a RISING STAR CHEF?!? Chef/Owner Miguel Guzman was featured in Feast Magazine as a rising star chef. Congrats Miguel! You don't want to miss out and see what this man has come up with! Like that delicious CCBR Tamale we will have next Monday! See you then!

Some of you might be wondering what new menu items might be on the menu. Well, come on by Lindberg's Tavern on Monday (2/21) for a sneak peak! We will be taking over their kitchen and showing off some new items, including a Quesa-Birria and Tamale Supreme, along with carrying some of our classic items.

One of those new-ish items we will be featuring will be our Headliner. The CCBR (Unfortunate Son) is filled with Chipotle Chicken and bacon and served with a side of jalapeno ranch! It is so good that it makes you thankful that the people that stole your car left those Credence tapes behind even though they ruined your car...Anyway, this one is straight 🔥

🚨BIG NEWS DROP🚨

Soooooooo, you know how we said we were closed. That part is true. We are closed. Temporarily. That is because we are moving. Drumroll please! We are moving to the spot in front of the Odyssey 😱 right down the road from Sweet Boy's We are super thankful for the opportunity that those boys gave us and we are excited about this new chapter!

Here is what you can expect from us in the near future. We will be open until 2am. We will offer a late night menu with new items that will satisfy that craving that you might have after a long night out on the town. No more waiting in long drive thru lines to get your late night fix. No more having to wade through a sea of people to get some tamales. The Drip is here for you!

Stay tuned for more information about an opening date, merch fundraiser, and pop up event showcasing those new menu items. We can't wait to show you what we have planned for the future. Also. Sorry for the scare. Don't worry! WE ARE NOT GOING ANYWHERE!!! ❤️❤️
