While following the Missouri Early Learning Standards we provide individualized curriculum on a safe, secure, quiet space on the south side of Springfield. We provide three meals per day, with two recess times, while students are supported emotionally and academically! Come see why kindergarten teachers are asking, "What's your secret?!"

We are looking to add a qualified preschool teacher to our amazing team for a dynamic group of 4–5 year olds!

We’re searching for someone who:
-Has strong classroom management skills
-Can confidently plan and implement engaging lessons
-Uses positive guidance and social-emotional language
-Handles conflict resolution with patience and professionalism
-Brings energy, creativity, and a genuine love for early childhood education
