Remodeling trash into treasure

I'm also putting new siding and windows in this house, new siding takes a lot of years of a house!

This is another foundation repair, the long wall was in bad shape. I had to remove all the flooring and lots of rot in the outside wall. I replaced the floor joists and dug three foot holes pounded steel rods down to bedrock. I lowered the sealling, rocked tape and float paint, as you can see it looks pretty good now and the building is much stronger now!

Termites do billions in damage every year, this is the forth wall I have done in this house and I'm not done yet, this house had lots of water leaks and termites love that. as you can see, this is labor intense work, you can see the main nest on the wall in these first two pictures .

Just finished the inside of this house, except for paint, I put the cabinets in the tile the shower stall the kitchen floor all the tape and float the owner is doing the paint.

I did this job in a little over two weeks, had to Jack hammer concrete out to redo plumbing again someone wanted the turn toilet after I showed them the picture of the other bathroom I did, maybe I'm starting a trend!
