We are a BBQ food truck.
We serve pulled pork, ribs, tri tip, chopped chicken, hot and spicy polish and occasionally we do brisket, pulled pork nachos, pork belly burnt ends and all your bbq favorites in one central location.
We will be open Saturday July 30th at Metro Eats=Food Hall, Food Trucks, Farmers Market, Event Space, and more so come out and see us and get some great BBQ. Open from 11 am until sold out.

Catering gig at barker, Phillips, Jackson insurance firm was a big hit. Everyone said best bbq in springfield.
Happy to announce that we will be at the grand opening of the Metro Eats=Food Hall, Food Trucks, Farmers Market, Event Space, and more May 11th and will be open there from then on open tuesdays thru Saturdays from 11am to 7pm or sold out. Hope to see you all there. We will be inside the building in the food hall.
Well we catered a Christmas party for 500+ people. It was a huge hit. Thanks to matt pruit for recommending us.
