Understanding Church Leadership in the Dispensation of Grace

🔰 INTRODUCTION

Confusion about church leadership often comes from importing Israel’s structures, denominational traditions, or hierarchical systems into the Church today. In the Dispensation of Grace, Paul provides clear instruction on leadership function, character, and doctrine—not titles for power, but roles for edification.

⚠️ Authority in the Body of Christ is functional and doctrinal, not ceremonial or hierarchical.

1️⃣ PURPOSE — Why Leaders Exist

🔹 Leaders exist to edify the Body
🔹 Leaders exist to serve, not rule
