I was ask what our burnt ends actually looked like.... better than the ad. They are served on a bed of jasmine rice prepared with a rich chicken stock in a golden brown flour tortillia bowl.

3 bones on a bed of rice with a raspberry chipotle drizzle and garnished with my Bobby Flay style pickled red onions.

I love to find ways to incorporate my smoked meats in to other dishes. Today's special is Pork Fried Rice!
