As a lifelong Northwest Arkansas resident, I’m proud to call this incredible community home. I grew up here, raised my son here, and truly can’t imagine living anywhere else. The growth in NWA has been explosive in the best way. New opportunities, strong schools, and a genuine sense of community that continues to make this area special.

When it comes to new construction programs you can bet Erick Perez and Marcos Perez know the details. They invested allot of time learning the new subdivisions, the perks and benefits and concessions being made by the builders. They did it again yesterday.

Justin Rodgers did it again. He has continued cultivating his real estate skills to match his electric personality and it is all lining up for him! He’s finding himself a consistent seat at the closing table these days!

Joe is just taking a brisk walk toward $6 million in sales in the next couple of days.

With 2 closings on Monday, Standard reached $2.3 million the first week of June. Great way to start the month!

Edwin Figueroa, welcome to real estate! Acting as the agent for both the seller and the buyer, Edwin started his real estate career off with a bang and closed our first week in June out at nearly $2M at Standard!

With his closing yesterday Joe flew by $5 Million Sold in 2026. I had to get this out quickly because $6 Million is coming in fast!
