The Bungalows at Springdale

Wine & Cheese is a fan favorite around here and we love to do it atleast once a month. The weekend crew are putting it on going forward and they are having a BLAST. Please join us once a month for our social. We love to introduce new residents and get to know eachother in fun conversation and great food and drinks.

We want to thank all the family members that came to visit their loved ones for Easter and Southern Sunday lunch yesterday and had fun in our Easter egg hunt!! The residents and staff had a blast together, great memories made! Also want to thank all staff that made it all happen, it didn't go unnoticed. Can't wait to see what we do together next!

Arts and Crafts this week was a blast. We painted flower pots and filled them still beautiful stones and arranged succulents however they like as a pretty spring decoration. Can't wait for next week. Meet us here every monday at 1:30pm.

We are LOVING seeing all the spring decorations that our residents are putting out. It makes it feel so much like home and makes the facility so pretty. Can't wait to see what else gets put out in the upcoming weeks.

Paddle and Plate last week was a fun success. Each resident made their own personal pizza that they created themselves and we played some fun Trivia to go along with it. Thanks for all that were a part of it and the managers that were a part of it to make it happen. Can't wait for April's Paddle and Plate.

I want to thank everyone that came to celebrate the March birthday's this month! Cake, drinks, music and great conversation are always a blast! HAPPY BIRTHDAY March babies from your Phoenix family, you deserve it!

We are working closely with the NWA Shelter here in Springdale to bring families in the shelter things that they need for day to day use while they are at the sheter getting a job and new housing to start fresh and on their own. Right now the shelter is focusing on paper products. Please any donations help. If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask Teia Keen in activities or Susan Warner our Pearl Director. Below I will post the flyer with the list of shelter needs. The donation conatainers are in the front lobby in the facility. Thank you!

We want to thank these absolutely talented and joyful women for finding our community and wanting to perform gospel music for our seniors. We hope to get to have you again in the future and truly enjoyed the music. It mean't a lot to our seniors for you to be here.

We want to inform everyone that we have bible study with Nicole once a week on Thursdays and she is absolutely WONDERFUL!! We are lucky to have someone so knowledgable come and help us with gods word and help support our seniors in their needs and prayers and understanding. Please the more the merrier so we hope to see you join us for such fun weekly on thursdays at 1:00pm after lunch.

We were SO excited for the Dead Horse Mountain Band to perform for us last week. They are very talented and a whole lot of fun. Can't wait to have them back again. Thank you for coming!

Last Friday we had our Happy hour and Mexican Train Dominos. It was the first time we rolled out our new drink menu that the resident's can order from just as they would at a restaurant or a bar if they were out and about on their own. We had so much fun allowing them to order and playing drink tender and Mexican Train with drinks was a wonderful HIT!! Can't wait for next Friday!

We want to give a HUGE shoutout to a lovely family member who did a nice deed for us without being asked to. We have a residents son that is a Springdale fire chief and when the storms started up last week he noticed we hadn't taken the flag down and it had blown into the tree and was a tanlged mess. He took it upon himself to get it down for us. Of course we will have to get a replacement, but thank you for your incredibly kind jesture when you didn't have to.
