Due to the cold weather moving in this week Ozark Medics and Precision Rescue will be completing the classroom portion for the 130 refresher in the morning and then the pack test will be the afternoon.

Good afternoon. It s that time of year again to have our Wildland RT130 refresher.
Cost is $100.00 It covers the class, pack test and your redcard you receive. If you work on an assignment with Ozark Medics that $100.00 will be refunded back to you at a later date.
Try to hit the springdale class if possible. We will have equipment there and talk about changes we have for this year.

Dates are
March 16 and 18 in Siloam Springs
Pack test 1231 Nlicoln St. Siloam Springs, Ar 72761
Class portion will follow afterwards next to SSFD station 3.

March 17 Springdale Location
Pack test 8:30AM. Arrive early for paperwork.

Resfresher will follow after that at Springdale Fire Station 1.

You will need to have your s130,190 and 180 certificates complete. If tou havent completed them you can though the link provided.

Pack test will consist of a 3 mile walk with a 45 lb weight vest to be completed within 45 minutes. You will need to provide you own vest. This can also be a backpack that weighs 45 lbs. It will be weighed before the test starts.

A Rapid Extraction Module Support (REMS) team is strategically stationed at the Big Ridge Fire. They play a pivotal role in quickly transporting firefighters off the fireline to receive medical care in case of an emergency. ❤️‍🔥🧑‍⚕️🚑

Redcard refresher 2025 in the books. We are getting things ready for the 2025 wildfires season.

Ozark Medics will be putting on a Redcard Refresher on 3-13-25. We will start at Shaw Family Park and complete the pack test.
3 miles 45lb weight vest in 45min. Need to be at the park at 8:30 and ready to test by 9:00am.

Then the class portion will be at Springdal Fire Station 1 after the pack test is complete. If you haveve not Redcarded before you will need to complete online classes before attending the refresher.
