Speed agility camp 12-2pm July 6/7
Catchers Camp 2-4pm July 6/7

Come join Coach Teddy as he works with your players to improve their speed, technical direction and an expanded range of motion. Speed training helps athletes grow the muscles need to be stronger in all aspects of the game.

Come join Coach Kohl for the catchers camp where he will work through a variety of focuses to include but not limited to the following: Blocking drills, Arm strength, Framing drills, hand signals, hip mobility, primary/secondary stances and scenario drills to improve catchers ability to direct the team during plays.
