All of our services are provided thanks to generous donations, grants and corporate sponsors. Every dollar donated to Hope Cancer Resources stays in Northwest Arkansas and benefits our community and cancer patients in our area. Our programs are focused on 2 primary areas: patient assistance and community education. Patient assistance is provided in the form of counseling, emergency financial assis

As temperatures rise and more time is spent outdoors, it's important to remember that protecting your skin is one of the easiest ways to reduce your risk of skin cancer.
Skin cancer is one of the most common cancer in the United States, but many cases can be prevented through healthy sun safety habits.
This summer, remember to:
☀️ Apply a broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher and reapply every two hours
☀️ Seek shade during peak sun hours, typically between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
☀️ Wear protective clothing, including hats and sunglasses
☀️ Check your skin regularly for new or changing spots and discuss concerns with your healthcare provider
