It's finished! 🎉

Our new roof is officially complete, and we couldn't be more grateful. A huge thank you to JAD Homes, LLC for replacing the entire roof in just a day and a half. They gave us an incredible price, were professional, kind, and efficient from start to finish, and did outstanding work.

We are so thankful for everyone who helped make this project possible. Seeing this completed is a huge blessing for the young moms and babies who call Compassion House home.

Just two weeks ago today, we shared an urgent need.

Today, work on the Compassion House roof officially began.

We're amazed by how quickly our community rallied around this project. Every donation, share, prayer, and word of encouragement helped turn a need into action.

This old farmhouse has sheltered hundreds of young moms over the years. Today, we're making sure it can continue doing that for many years to come.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible.

As work continues, we're still raising funds to remove storm-damaged and hazardous trees around the property to help protect the home for years to come.

We'll share updates along the way, but today we're celebrating this milestone and the incredible generosity that made it happen.

The roof is funded! 🎉

Thanks to your generosity, the funds needed to replace our roof have been fully raised.

We're now 85% of the way toward our overall project goal, with the remaining funds going toward the removal of several dangerous trees on the property.

Hi everyone!

We are working on creating a cozy Reading Room for the girls and their kids and are looking for a volunteer with sewing or upholstery skills to help with one special project.

We would like to create a custom bench cushion to sit on top of storage cubbies, providing extra seating and a comfortable reading nook. The finished cushion would be approximately 87" long x 14" deep.

Do you, or someone you know, have the skills and equipment to help make something like this? We'd love to connect and discuss the project!

A special weekend for our residents. 💜

Each year, thanks to the generosity of Christian Life Cathedral Fayetteville, our residents have the opportunity to attend the THRIVE Conference hosted by Arise Single Moms with Ms. Renee.

This weekend was filled with encouragement, laughter, friendship, and reminders that they are valued, capable, and loved.

We are so grateful to Ms. Renee for investing in our girls year after year, to CLC for making this experience possible, and to Arise Single Moms for creating such an uplifting event for single mothers.

Experiences like these help our residents build confidence, find community, and see the bright future ahead of them. 💜

Our first tomato! 🍅

This may seem like a small thing, but it's a big deal around here.

When residents arrive at Compassion House, many have had very limited access to fresh fruits and vegetables. For some, most of their vegetables have come from a can.

Now they're learning how to grow their own food and watching it grow right before their eyes.

A special thank you to Harvest Group for making this garden possible. We're already seeing the impact. 💜
