Berryfield Apartments is looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Man. A qualified candidate must have experienced in all aspects of apartment/property maintenance and upkeep, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry. A qualified candidate must be physically able to perform all job duties. An active driver’s license and reliable transportation is required. Background check will be performed.
Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:30 to 5:30 and On Call

Fall Demolition Derby- September 25th

6:30 pm – SAMS Furniture brings us a heated competition as drivers face off until the last car is standing! The number of drivers has been limited. Join us for a fun family night where drivers will compete for cash prizes and bragging rights. Tickets are $9.00 for children ages 2-12 and $14.00 for adults. BUY EARLY AND SAVE! Purchase your tickets before the day of show and receive a $2.00 discount! Gates open at 5:00 PM. All seating is General Admission.

Enjoy live music in downtown Springdale on the last Thursday of the month. Live at Turnbow features local musicians and bands -- from jazz to mariachi, bluegrass and funk. Grab a bite or sip in the Outdoor Dining District and enjoy the tunes. The live music begins at 6:30.
The next Live at Turnbow on August 26 features two great folk artists. Route 358 opens up for us with their unique folk style and beautiful vocals, followed by our headliner Willi Carlisle, a folksinger from the Ozark mountains who The Guardian calls “the greatest Americana artist you’ve never heard of.”
