Our goal is to empower first responders to work through their struggles. Mental Health for first responders should not come with stigma or judgement.

They're the ones who run in first. The one's who can't get the smell of a dead body out of their nose, no matter how hard they try. They undergo some of the most hatred our world is seeing and they are expected to say nothing in return and remain professional. We will speak up on their behalf 24/7/365. Ten-Seven Consulting was created to have your 6, and we will always have a space place for you, when you're 10-7.

Please donate if you can, however, sharing is just as helpful ❤️

As you may not know, 300 Jefferson County employees have not been receiving their paychecks due to the county budgets not being approved. Many of these workers are essential employees, and are still coming to work to keep their county safe. In partnership with Pulaski County, Arkansas Sheriff’s Office, area churches, and others, we asked that you join us in this call to action. Any items can be dropped off during the event. Any monetary donation can be made in person, by scanning the QR code, or by visiting www.heroesbehindtheline.org and clicking donate. All donations made until Wednesday January 29th, will go to assist those affected.

Today we honor those who honor us day in and day out, while expecting nothing in return.

Somebody killed a deputy, and a part of our county died. A piece of our county that she swore to serve and protect will be buried with her at her side. While we slept, one of our own was taken. And as this community does, we will stand together and bring Deputy Graham’s killer to justice. Deputy Graham, you were important and you were loved and appreciated immensely. Your team will take watch from here.

EOW: 10/14/2023

Anyone in this family, blue and blood, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are waiting with open arms to meet you where you are and walk through this hand in hand.
