Elite Basketball Training
THIS is a little of what college workouts look like! This is at South Alabama University. We had the mile test at 6am in the rain. Had to make the mile in 5min 30sec. You don’t get your jersey until you make it and you’ll have 2 weeks of hell week.
I was SO tired. I had to lock in on my breathing. S/O to my team for the encouragement 💪🏾

Special post to and the Schisler family!
I’ve had the pleasure to train Zac and Hailey for some years now! Went over to their house during COVID to train them when the gyms were closed. It’s heavy on my heart thinking about how much Heather Schisler (Mom) has done for them. She was a good soul and i wish she was still here. I know she’s in a better place now🙏🏾 God I appreciate this family so much and I’m glad I got to see them on Zac’s senior night!
