Your nose isn’t a mold detector.
With 300+ types of mold and fungal growth, the smell test means nothing — and neither does a flashlight peek from the crawlspace hatch.
We go where most won’t.

Customer had cold floors, but that wasn’t the biggest problem. Insulation in the crawlspace, falls out because it soaks up moisture. Yes, they need insulation to keep those toes, nice and warm, but we need to take care of the bigger problem.

Mold was growing under the room where their baby was about to sleep. Not on our watch.
Fungal growth covering the crawlspace. High humidity feeding it every single day. This family had a nursery being set up right above it.
We came in, cleared it out, disinfected, encapsulated, and locked the humidity down for good.
That baby is coming home to a healthy house. 👶

This crawlspace was growing things it shouldn’t. Now it’s clean, sealed, and locked down. Rogers, AR — job complete.
This family’s crawlspace was a nightmare. The builders left it a disaster.
Tar-covered walls. Unsealed foundation. Water flooding in. Foul odors and harmful gases working their way up into the living space.
Our crew went to work.
We trenched and graded. Installed French drains to kill the water intrusion. Full encapsulation to seal out moisture and trap those offgassing odors at the source. Dehumidifier to lock in the air quality long-term.
This family now has a home that’s actually healthy.
This is what we do. Crawlspace Medic NWA.
Ever walked around your house and noticed a crack in the foundation wall and thought… should I be worried about that?
I get this question a lot.
Here’s what’s usually going on — water is moving beneath the home, saturating the soil, and the ground settles just enough to open that crack. It looks scary but it’s not the foundation failing. It’s a soil and water problem.
The fix isn’t patching the crack. That does nothing. You have to control the water — get it collected, pumped out, and discharged away from the house. Once the soil dries back out it firms up, and the crack stops moving.
I’ve seen this in a bunch of homes around Bella Vista and Pea Ridge. If you’ve got something that looks like this, don’t ignore it but don’t panic either. Just get eyes on it sooner than later.
