My wish for ALL of YOU is the HAPPIEST and MOST SUCCESSFUL YEAR POSSIBLE! 2025 is ending and for our family, we feel so blessed and happy! We had the opportunity to spend an entire day with the kids taking them to Cincinnati Museum Center and Graeter’s Ice Cream! The laughter, fun, joy, learning, excitement and love filled our hearts! May 2026 be YOUR best year ever! Yes, I am running for a seat in the Ohio Senate. That does not make this about me; it makes it about representing family, YOU, your family and our communities. Happy New Year and God Bless You! 🎇🧨🇺🇸❤️

Christmas parties, family celebrations and the mad rush are winding down. I want to give a shout out to Mayor of Franklin, Brent Centers, and the Centers family, for hosting the most beautiful, elegant Christmas party of the season! The venue, Franklin’s historic Harding Museum (think General Harding), provided an amazing walk through history while a string orchestra entertained. The food, lovingly prepared by Joni Centers (Brent’s mom) is something I look forward to all year long! So, Centers family, Merry Christmas and thank you! ❤️

MERRY CHRISTMAS! For unto us a Son is born! And, through Jesus, God changed the world forever! Our family blessings run deep! I received two amazing gifts that made me cry. Pictured below Madelyn and Tristan, with huge smiles and eyes filled with joy, lighting our family prayer candles; Ariana performing in a Christmas Eve Service, “Can you hear it?” My heart is full. God Bless You! ❤️🙏

Thank you for all the calls and kind comments regarding my last post, about our family tradition, “Prayer Candles.” I thought it would be fun to share our first lighting this year; December 18, 2025, 9pm. Another year of honoring grandma Liz and 95 years of family tradition! Remember the reason for the season! 🙏❤️💋🕯️

December 18th is an important date for our family. I want to share a long-held tradition that has been in our family over 95 years. It started with my grandma (Liz Weinel) on to my mom (Pat Lipps) on to me and has been shared with my daughters (Jessica & Stacey). We call it “Prayer Candles.”

Every day the week before Christmas, we light two candles while saying a prayer or wish. Starting on December 18, we count day each day down to Christmas Eve. The prayer can be 30 seconds or 5 minutes or whatever…it is up to each individual. The prayer can be for peace, love, health, an individual, family, friends or whatever is laying on your heart.

I cherish our tradition and the act of lighting the candles with a prayer. It helps me remember my grandma Liz. This will be my 40th year since assuming the “blessing” from mom. In those 40 years, I have missed ONLY three days (and it was devastating to me). Several times, we had to make crazy arrangements to get them lit each day before midnight! I did not want grandma looking down watching me mess up what she started back in 1930!

I have pictures of my daughters, and my grandchildren, lighting their candles. Made me cry the first time I experienced that. So, tonight, I get the beautiful blessing of lighting our candles and adding another year to our family tradition. Merry Christmas and God bless you. Remember the reason for the season! 🙏❤️

Warren County was “in the house” for the Ohio Republican Party’s Annual Christmas Party! So fun to hear from Vivek, Frank LaRose, Keith Faber, Chief Justice Sharon Kennedy, Alex T and many more! Thank you Christian Mays and Pete Mengel for your work to prepare Warren County for the 2026 elections!!!!!!!

A little snow can slow us down but, not stop us! Our Annual Warren County GOP Christmas Party was scheduled for Saturday evening. The snow rerouted us to an amazing, fun, meaningful “surprise” celebration, Sunday afternoon! Thank you Chad & Jennifer Seitz for sharing your beautiful home, for the delicious feast and great live entertainment! We sang Christmas carols, Christian Mays shared a meaningful Bible story and we “remembered the reason for the season” with our own candlelight version of “Oh Holy Night!” ☃️🇺🇸🙏

I have always heard wonderful things about the Northeast Women’s Republican Club (NRWClub.org). Yesterday, I had the opportunity to attend the NRW Christmas lunch! I have to tell you, I was received with amazing kindness and grace. I had a wonderful time. This experience validated all the good things I have heard about this group of hardworking patriots! 💪❤️🇺🇸

Congratulations to Judge Matt Byrne on a successful re-election campaign kickoff event. Senator George Lang, as usual, was on fire! Warren County was in-the-house for Judge Byrne, with Christian Mays (GOP Executive Committee Chairman) and Pete Mengel (GOP Central Committee Chairman) joining me, to show our support. Great seeing State Representative Thomas Hall, Former Senator Gary Cates, Butler County Commissioner TC Rogers, Butler County Treasurer Nancy Nix, Butler County Recorder Danny Crank and SO many more! Go Matt! 💪🇺🇸💋

December 7, 1941 is forever etched in our American history. We will forever honor our brave service members who faced unthinkable adversity and those who made the ultimate sacrifice. Today, I had lunch with dad, a 91 year-old Army veteran (Korean Conflcit). Yes, dad has lost a few steps and his memory is not what it used to be. However, I can tell you dad remembers Pearl Harbor like it was yesterday. We did not talk much about “that” day because it upset dad so much. So, let us reflect, remember and preserve the memories and honor of our American service members. ❤️🇺🇸

The Warren County Municipal League has long provided a forum for community leaders to build relationships, share ideas, explore programs, review successes and failures, assess vendors and much more. I would like to congratulate our Municipal League on another wonderful year and for hosting a GREAT, fun Christmas dinner/party! The Golden Lamb
offered a beautiful holiday setting and delicious fried chicken (if you know, you know)! Thank you for inviting me to help with the annual Christmas Trivia game. Once again, Becky Iverson demonstrated her championship trivia skills! Special thanks to Darlene Hicks for her years of admirable leadership! 👏👏👏💪🇺🇸❤️💋
