Some quick Miamisburg history! A couple other notable facts:+The fact that polonium was used as an initiator was classified until the 1960s, but George Koval, a technician with the Manhattan Projectās Special Engineer Detachment, penetrated the Dayton Project as a spy for the Soviet Union. Vladimir Putin awarded Koval a gold star, making him a Russian hero for his work as a spy. + No, the former Miamisburg Mound Laboratory site is not considered radioactive today, as the site underwent a 15-year, $1 billion cleanup and was declared formally complete in 2010, with the area decontaminated. However, some residual radioactivity was noted in the floor slabs of the sealed T-Building, which remains a sealed and empty structure on the site. + The plane that dropped the second atomic bomb āBockscarā is in Fairborn, Ohio at the air force museum.

My husband and I are high school sweethearts, now raising two sweet girls and serving in youth ministry together. My journey:
I started working at 14 ā my first job was at McDonaldās, and yes, we really did call it McFridays after payday š I spent way too much at the Dayton Mall!
I commuted to Miami University (Go RedHawks!) and even rode the RTA from Middletown to Oxford when gas was $4/gallon š I interned at Kelloggās in Battle Creek and graduated from the Farmer School of Business in 2016. After that, I worked in design and marketing at InnoMark Communications.
In 2019, I followed a lifelong dream and became a licensed real estate agent through Sinclair College ā and I havenāt looked back. After 6 years, I still wake up excited to help people buy and sell homes. Whether itās saving you money or maximizing your sale, Iāve got you covered.
