Our customer brought us a very detailed template we took and made into a DXF file to be laser cut by a local company we partner with. This will hold all the wood beams that meet in the center of a great room. We added the lifting point for the crane that will be unseen after being placed.

This 2014 Ram 2500 was one of the trucks with the track bar frame bracket safety recall R46. A simple explanation of a track bar’s function is that keeps the axle centered with the frame throughout turning and suspension travel. A repair attempt was made by someone who clearly did not know what they were doing and seemed to add whatever metal they could find to make this “bracket.”

After removing the custom bracket, we added a cap (1/4 steel plate) to the frame that went over the damaged portion to give the new bracket a clean and strong surface to be welded to. The bracket was also capped and wrapped around the other side of the frame. We also made a new track bar out of DOM steel tubing and Barnes 4WD rod ends. The truck also received 2.5” lift Bilstein shocks and coil springs.

We are opening up our mobile availability from evenings and weekends, to normal business hours during the week. We offer mobile stick welding, TIG welding, and oxy-acetylene torch cutting. With this setup, we’re capable of TIG welding aluminum and stainless steel which is a major convenience to restaurants, building handrail, or boat repairs. We had to upgrade these rear link bars to heim joints and heavier steel bars. Finished off with some TIG welds because that is our standard for all link bars!

Happy to announce we are now offering fully custom, one-off cages for side by sides! Our cages are fully TIG welded and can be out of 2"or 1.75". Here’s a few pictures from my personal cage I finished up before a trip to Windrock. Can’t wait to see this thing in powder and matching our F250!
