🎶🍻 Springboro's Concerts in the Park kicks off FRIDAY! 🍻🎶

Come enjoy some great live music, grab a cold drink, and support your favorite Wee Panthers! Every beer, seltzer, water, and root beer purchased from our tents helps support Wee Panthers, making this one of our hottest fundraisers of the year.

We're kicking things off with a bang as E5C4P3 brings all your favorite Journey hits to the stage. You won't want to miss it!

The Friday night concerts where you'll find the Wee Panthers beer tents -- music starts at 7:30 PM @ North Park:

🎸 July 24 – The Best of Times (Styx Tribute)
🎸 July 31 – Hotel California (Eagles Tribute)

We'll be operating TWO beer tents at each concert, and there are still plenty of volunteer spots available. It's a fun, easy way to support our players while enjoying a summer evening with fellow Panther families.

The Springboro Football coaching staff will hold its annual Camp of Champions. Students entering grades 1st through 6th are welcome to attend. The camp will be staffed by Coach Wilhite, the varsity football coaching staff and the Springboro Varsity football players.

Campers will receive instruction in the fundamentals of football on offense, defense, and the kicking game. All campers will have an opportunity to try all position. There will be contests, competitions, and daily awards given. Also, each camper will receive an official camp t-shirt on the final day of camp.

It was an honor and privilege to present the Wee Panthers Football Scholarship Awards during Senior Awards Night at Springboro High School last evening.

Congratulations to our 2026 Wee Panthers Football Scholarship recipients, Carson Donley and Kiera Thompson! We are proud of your accomplishments and wish you both the very best in your future endeavors.

WPFI Second Paperwork Hand-In This Saturday

🏈 Tackle Football or Flag Football?

Wee Panthers offers both tackle and flag football, giving families the flexibility to choose the experience that fits their child best.

Flag Football is a great option if you're looking for:
✔ A lower time commitment
✔ A fun introduction to football
✔ Focus on running, teamwork, and fitness
✔ A fast-paced, non-contact environment

Flag eligibility (2026–27 school year):
* K–8: Co-ed division
* 3–8: Girls-only division
* Open to players from any community

Tackle Football is ideal for players who want the full football experience, including:
✔ Learning how to safely tackle and be tackled
✔ Understanding real football plays and strategy
✔ Competing against teams from other school districts
✔ Preparing for junior high and high school football

Tackle eligibility (2026–27 school year):
* Grades 1–6
* Players must live in the Springboro Community School District
* Must attend required weigh-in on July 25 and complete a sports physical in 2026 prior to starting practices

No matter which path you choose, kids gain confidence, teamwork skills, fitness, and a whole lot of fun along the way.

Many athletes start in flag football and transition to tackle later, but the most important thing is finding the program your child is excited about.
