Hi, I’m Laura (most call me Lo) — owner of LOX Beauty Collective. 🤍 If you would have told me years ago that I’d one day own and design a luxury salon + spa centered around beauty, connection, and empowering women, I probably wouldn’t have believed you. But looking back now, every chapter of my journey so clearly led me right here. I’ve always loved people. I love connection, conversation, creativity, and helping others feel seen and confident. What started as a passion for the beauty industry quickly became something so much deeper for me — creating experiences, building relationships, and designing spaces where people feel inspired the moment they walk through the door. After graduating with my Bachelors in business and marketing, and then years behind the chair as a team and then independent stylist, I took a leap of faith and built LOX Beauty Collective from the ground up (alongside my incredible business partner and husband, Brett). From the branding, to the interiors, to the atmosphere and culture, every detail was intentionally created to feel elevated, welcoming, and inspiring. Interior design has always been another creative outlet of mine, and bringing this space to life was truly a dream project. But beyond the beautiful space and luxury experience, my greatest passion is empowering women — both our guests and especially the incredible team within our walls. Watching women grow in confidence, business, creativity, and life is one of the most fulfilling parts of what I do. A rising tide lifts all boats and that’s truly how it feels to be a part of LOX. The beauty of that is not lost on me. LOX was built on the belief that beauty is more than hair, skin, or services. It’s about how you feel and helping give you fresh life and a moment of peace. It’s about confidence, connection, and creating a life and business with intention. To everyone who has supported me, trusted me, encouraged me, and grown with me along the way — thank you. With a passion for beauty, creativity, and meaningful connection, Jenna is dedicated to helping every guest feel like the most confident version of themselves. After earning her Bachelor of Science from Miami University, she followed her passion for the beauty industry by continuing her education at Aveda Institute Cincinnati, where she refined her artistry and commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Certified in all hair color services, she has a special love for blonding, bridal styling, and lived-in color. Known for creating soft, customized looks that enhance natural beauty, she prioritizes maintaining the integrity and health of the hair while delivering effortless, elevated results.

Outside of the salon, she enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, being with friends and family, attending church, and loving on her fur baby, Scarlett 🐾

Her goal is to make every appointment feel personal, relaxing, and uplifting — ensuring each guest leaves feeling refreshed, confident, and beautiful long after they walk out the door.
