I like to eat well, cook often and connect with others. The recipes are fairly easy to prepare and focus on using seasonal produce accordingly.

Food and Good Company is a reflection of my every day activities in the kitchen and the way I connect with others through food. I have always been passionate about sharing knowledge with others.
