Thank you for choosing Permanent Jewelry! We take pride in offering high-quality, custom-fit
permanent jewelry pieces designed to last. Please review our policy below before your appointment or purchase.

✨6-Month Repair Warranty
• All permanent jewelry purchases include a complimentary 6-month repair warranty from the original service date.
• This warranty covers chain re-welding due to normal wear or accidental breakage at the weld point.
• Clients must present proof of purchase to receive complimentary repairs within the warranty period.
• If the original chain is lost, stretched, severely damaged, or broken in multiple places, replacement chain fees may
apply.
• Repairs requested after the 6-month warranty period will be subject to a repair/service fee.
• Warranty does not cover intentional damage, misuse, theft, loss, or improper care of jewelry.

✨No Refund Policy
• Due to the custom nature of permanent jewelry, all sales are final.
• No refunds will be issued for services, jewelry purchases, deposits, or gift certificates.
• If you experience an issue with your jewelry, we are happy to evaluate it and offer repair options when applicable.
• By purchasing permanent jewelry services from Tiffany Jo&Co, you acknowledge and accept this no refund policy.
Jewelry Care Recommendations
• Avoid pulling or excessive pressure on your jewelry.
• Remove jewelry when required for medical procedures or certain workplaces.
• Clean gently with mild soap and water to maintain shine and longevity.
