It’s time…..

I’ve been feeling called to create something a little different.

Breathwork has always been about more than just breathing for me. It’s about creating space to slow down, unplug from all the noise, and remember what’s already within us.

On August 15th, Jess and I are opening that space up for a small group.

We’ll begin with cacao, move into a 45-minute guided breathwork journey while Jess offers Reiki throughout the room, and finish with time to simply be. No rushing back into life. Just space to integrate.

If you’ve been feeling like life has been moving a little too fast, maybe this is your invitation to pause.

I’ve spent the last few months stepping back a bit — recalibrating, refocusing, and going inward. Less noise. Fewer distractions. More time actually being with myself. That space has been important for me so I can show up with more presence, clarity, and understanding when holding space for others.

I’m excited to open this next chapter and begin offering weekly breathwork sessions on Zoom, so anyone can join no matter where they’re located. These will be mid-week nervous system resets, held every Wednesday evening, and they’ll be strictly donation based. I want this to be accessible — no barriers, no pressure.

Breath has been one of the most powerful tools in my own life. Something so simple, yet so overlooked. Through guided breath, we can regulate the nervous system, reconnect with ourselves, and remember that we’re more capable than we’ve been led to believe — even in the middle of stress or adversity.

Looking back on last year’s Heartland Gathering fills me with so much gratitude. 🌿 The music, the connection, the love, and the deep presence that filled that space was something truly unforgettable.

I met incredible souls—people aligned in heart and spirit—who continue to inspire me today. The gathering was a powerful reminder of what happens when community comes together in intention and healing.

Although I won’t be able to make it this year, I’m already looking forward to the next. If you’ve never experienced the Heartland Gathering, it’s truly on another level—immersive journeys, profound healing modalities, and beautiful connections that last far beyond the event.

✨ Colorado Reflections ✨

Looking back at these photos takes me right into one of the most transitional seasons of my life.

I had just gotten married. We had a 1 ½ year old. With only $1,000 to our name, we picked up and moved to Colorado chasing a new chapter. Within a few months we were renting a small house, exploring nature every day, and finding joy in the simple things. Life was humble, but it was full of love.

Eventually, we bought a house in the mountains. The views were incredible, but we overextended ourselves thinking it would bring happiness. Instead, it brought stress, disconnection, and ultimately a separation that led us back to Texas. That season was painful—but it was also a mirror. A time that forced me to question the stories I had been told, the programming I had carried, and who I truly was beneath it all.

Since then, life has woven us back together. We’ve welcomed another child, grown stronger, and I’ve found a deeper connection with myself and with the breath.

Colorado taught me so much about struggle, love, nature, and the beauty of both beginnings and endings. These photos remind me that every chapter—good or bad—has a place in shaping who we are becoming. 🌲🏔️
