Aka; why someone does not want to buy, or was being told no, or being told to do extra over the top things to be approved….and yet I’ve first hand witnessed so many just speaking to the wrong individuals who may or not be in the field, aka never been licensed or they read a post. Or it’s just not the right lender who doesn’t specialize in programs for buyers, or sellers, or even VA, and even sellers that have been made timid to make their next move as well.

Hopefully the spammers are gone they’re like the germs that keep on giving nothing of value, to buyers or sellers. Anyways you already know where to catch me for questioning and contact! The Girl Dads or my personal. Many of you already have my direct contact, here to help as always!

At this rate if I were her:
1. Social media monetize!
2. Job in marketing!
3. Invest in real-estate, in Texas. I’ll be her realtor. In a non weird way cause iykyk, and also keep in mind I am married. Lol.
4. Add on rentals and have management handle your tenants.
5. Add on more streams of income, then voila your the next Alex Earle or is it Alix? Either way same thing!
