Rum Cakes

thank y’all for supporting my small business while it lasted 🥃🏴‍☠️

Here is my butter rum cake recipe

Cake
1lb flour
1.5 c sugar
1tbsp corn starch
2tsp baking powder
1tsp salt
4 eggs
1 stick softened salted butter
1/2 c vegetable oil
1.25 c water
1/2 tsp McCormick butter extract

Syrup
1 c sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 stick salted butter
1/2 tsp McCormick butter extract
8oz rum

Mix all cake ingredients together for about 2-3 minutes. Let the cake batter rest for 10 min before baking.

Pour into a greased Bundt pan and bake at 325 for 50-60min

About 10min before the cake is done baking, heat up all of the syrup ingredients on low heat, except the rum. Let simmer until the sugar is dissolved.

Once the cake is done, poke holes on the top. Add the rum to the syrup then pour the syrup over the cake and let it sit overnight.

It will vary but the farm as radishes, beets, collards, mustards, lettuce, spinach, red potatoes, cucumber, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, brussel sprouts, leek, white potatoes, sweet potatoes, fennel, cabbage, turnips, tomatoes, jalapeño, garlic, lemons, and STRAWBERRIES

There are a lot of non-perishable products at the market, such as salsa, pickles, honey, jellies, fresh-roasted coffee, herbal teas, sauces, candles, brownies, skin care, home decor, and more. Don’t forget to pick a treats for your furbabies!
