Salt cell had a “NO FLOW” reading, we had to replace the flow sensor on a Pentair Intelliflo salt system. We also swapped out the cartridge filters as they were due for an upgrade! Rule of thumb, replace your filters every 3 years!

Does your Spa drain down when its in Spa mode?

The customer reported the issue of their Spa draining down as it was in Spa mode. This is indicative of a bad Return Side Diverter Valve.

They also had the issue of the Spa draining down when the pool pumps had shut off. This is indicative of a bad spa side check valve on the return side of the pool plumbing.
