We reimagined this property in Oak Ridge, Texas by removing the existing garage and driveway to make way for something far more functional and refined. The new design introduces a larger garage, an expanded driveway, and an integrated carport—balancing practicality with a clean, cohesive aesthetic. A simple change in footprint can completely transform how a home lives and feels.

We designed this finished room over the driveway to add function and character to the home with a seamless blend adding living space and sheltered arrival. The covered parking and entrance create a welcoming approach, while the elevated room maximizes usable square footage without expanding the footprint.

A thoughtful solution that enhances both everyday living and curb appeal in Benders Landing.

This project is really two parts: a main house and a guest apartment/work shop, which is constructed in the city of Bellaire, Texas. The main house is a 5,000 square foot residence, and the guest apartment/work shop is comprised of an 1,100 square foot apartment above an 1,100 square foot work shop. This house is designed in a contemporary "Victorian" style, in which most of the excess decoration is stripped away.

This is a 3,400 square foot stucco residence, designed with the Eastern-Indian Vedic design principles in mind. It is a compound plan, encompassing the house, garage and various courtyards. This home is located in Benders Landing Estates, Spring, Texas.

This residence is a true one-story colonial residence, with a raised foundation, and is 3,300 square feet. It is built in Murray, Kentucky. The large kitchen is the focal point of the open/public space, as requested by the owners - who both enjoy cooking. The open floor plan also lends itself to entertaining, with spacious/easy circulation.

Located on the golf course in Victoria, Texas, this contemporary style residence is 4,300 square feet in size. The ability to enjoy the views of the golf course, while still maintaining a sense of privacy was key in the design process, as well as designing around three large existing live oaks.

This renovation and addition design in Houston reimagines a classic Texas brick residence with a refined, contemporary edge. Our goal was to preserve the home’s traditional warmth while introducing light, openness, and balance through modern detailing and a dramatic glass entry. The result is a seamless blend of old and new — a sophisticated yet comfortable home that celebrates the character of its original architecture while meeting the needs of modern living.

This is a hotel that I helped to design a renovation located in El Naranjito, Ecuador. El Naranjito is located in the rainforest, roughly 3 hours drive from the capital of Quito, Ecuador. The hotel has 15 bedroom suites, a commercial kitchen, large living areas, and many nice spaces to relax and observe the rainforest and nearby river.
