Vatican art restorers touch up Native American art for U.S. visit Sculptures of Native American and American leaders from the 19th century are being restored by workers at the Vatican. The collection will soon be on tour in the United States. CBS News' Allen Pizzey reports.

The Nominations are in! So many of you are doing great things in our community through charitable organizations. You nominated some great causes, here they are! We will have a voting app posted shortly.

1. National Marrow Donor Program

This organization is for people that have life-threatening blood cancers such as leukemia and lymphoma or other diseases. This program connects patients with their donor match for a life-saving marrow or umbilical cord blood transplant.

2. Autism Speaks

Autism Speaks is dedicated to funding research into the causes, prevention, treatments and a cure for autism. This program increases awareness of autism spectrum disorders and advocating for the needs of individuals with autism and their families.

3. SIRE Houston's Therapeutic Equestrian Centers

(http://sire-htec.org/)
SIRE is a program with the goal to improve the quality of life for people with special needs through therapeutic horsemanship activities and therapies, and educational outreach.

Your Charity, Our Charity – Nominate, Promote and Vote!!!

So many of you are doing great things in our community through charitable organizations. We want to help by raising awareness of the many organizations and their needs, then ask for votes on which one should be our primary charity for the remainder of the year.

How it works:

1. Nominate: Post information about your charity (must be a 501c3 organization) on our page by May 31, 2013.

2. Promote: Post information on our page as to why your organization should get the votes.

3. Vote: We will post a list of the organizations and request votes on June 1st.
Get your family, friends and colleagues involved in the voting process. Votes will be counted until June 16th and the winner will be announced on June 17th.
