Today I am processing freshly, harvested, air dried dill to make Ranch Flower. This seasoning blend is dairy free, gluten-free, preservative free and has no salt. All of the green herbs in my blends are organically grown in my garden, hand harvested and processed by myself. Not from a warehouse or bulk bins. This makes the flavors vibrant and fresh.

When I buy bulk curry paste, I like to use an ice cream scoop to prepare single portions and flash freeze for future use.
You can use the same technique with unused tomato paste, just switch it out for a tablespoon measure. 👩‍🍳

This weekend I will have Pumpkin and Apple spices just in time for Thanksgiving desserts. Fredericksburg is fantastic for dressing/stuffing!

I made a fresh batch of Chili seasoning today. 🤤 Of course I made a pot for..you know..quality control. My number one taste tester ( my loving husband) said it is damn delicious!
I'm team Corn bread with mine, he is team Saltine crackers. What do you like with your chili? 🤔🌶🥣
