Being aware of the things that make us happy can help us make happiness happen in our lives: something that makes me happy- taking a hot bath with Epsom salts, music, and a good book, rate an 8, at least weekly if not more; spending quality time with my family, 9, at least weekly if not more; spending time in nature, 9, daily. These are just some of the things I implemented into my self care routine.

For my self care I do things like gardening, listen to fun or calming music and sing, gratitude journaling, go for walks, make things/crafts, clean or reorganize, eat good healthy foods, and do yoga. What do you do?!
