Physical day at GOHS is scheduled for April 1st from 9am-2pm, and it will be $25 cash, or they can pay through school cash online and bring a copy of the receipt

We have scheduled athletes to attend physical day based off their respected athletic periods, but we do have a few athletes that will have to come in during "activity time."

PLEASE LET YOUR ATHLETES KNOW THAT ANY PHYSICAL TAKEN BEFORE APRIL 1ST, 2026 WILL NOT BE EXCEPTED FOR THE 26-27 SCHOOL YEAR!


A parent's signature on the physical form will be REQUIRED now for the physical to be considered completed. Please let athletes and parents know that they if they do not have this done on physical day, they can go through physical day, but they will then need to take the physical home and then bring it back signed, or it will remain in RANK ONE as a failed physical.
