We are an advocacy group representing the Rayford Road Corridor and zip code 77386. RRCA area consists of a population of more than 45,000 local residents.

Meetings will be on the 1st Thursday of each month at 1300 Riley Fuzzel Road, Spring, Texas 77386. Everyone is welcome to attend our meetings. Eventually we will hold meeting at the many different community clubhouses in the zip code. Our temporary founding board will govern until an election is held. You can request membership material and a copy of the by-laws by emailing [email protected]

Grand Oaks High School, Conroe ISD Grand Oaks High School is the newest high school in Conroe ISD. It is scheduled to open in the fall of 2018.

Our association has a great working relationship with our Constable Pct. 3 Ryan Gable, County Sheriff Tommy Gage, County Judge Craig Doyal, Texas House Rep. Mark Keough, Texas Senator Brandon Creighton, and US Congressman Kevin Brady. We are willing to work with anyone representing us in office. Thank you all for what you do for our Community and we look forward to working with you in the future.

We would like to wish the best of luck to current Pct. 3 Commissioner James Noack and candidate for Pct. 3 Commissioner Jay Mac Sanders on the March 1st primary election. Go VOTE everyone!

For three years, the Rayford Road Civic Association has been active in promoting the areas needs and introduction of various local leaders to area residents.

New civic association represents Rayford Road Corridor Residents and community leaders living in the Rayford Road corridor have formed a new civic association that seeks to bring representation to more than 40,000 residents.
