Barb's Ministry delivers baked goods to senior citizens and their caregivers at small personal care homes in Spring and The Woodlands, Texas. Our volunteers also deliver cards and gifts during holidays and special days throughout the year. The personal care homes we minister to have 6-14 residents each and typically don't receive the same level of community outreach as larger assisted living facilities. We always can use more volunteers to help with baking and deliveries.

Barb’s Ministry had another successful Christmas delivery last week! Thanks to our wonderful donors and volunteers, we delivered baked goods and gifts to residents and caregivers at three small assisted living communities.
A huge thank-you to Gail and Jeff Graves for your generous donations, planning help, and the time and care you put into packing our gift bags. Thank you to Linda Richard for the yummy Christmas cookies — and for taking the extra time to wrap and label each one individually. Thank you for the Christmas cookie tins, too! And thank you so much to Annaliesa Meeks for the fantastic donations and your ongoing support.
We’d also like to thank Rebecca Harris and Sydney Culver for all of the baking you’ve done throughout the year.

For Christmas in July, we delivered art supplies, candy, and baked goods to three personal care homes in Spring and The Woodlands last weekend. Thank you so much, Gail and Jeff Graves, for your generous donations! We also appreciate Rebecca Harris, who baked yummy peanut butter cookies, and Sydney Culver, for making delicious brownies.

Huge thanks to the volunteers who baked for us last month! Thanks to them, we were able to deliver Easter goodies to residents and caregivers at three small assisted living homes. We're grateful to Jeff and Gail Graves for their ongoing support, Rebecca Harris for the delicious chocolate cookies, Linda Richard for the amazing chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies, and Sydney Culver for the beautiful cupcakes! We're so grateful to everyone who helped make our 2024 Christmas assisted-living home deliveries a success!! Thank you Gail and Jeff Graves for your donations and planning help! Thank you very much, Aaron Davis, for delivering donations from the Dallas area to Houston. We'd also like to thank donors Barb Adams and Elizabeth Meeks, and volunteer bakers Linda Richard and Rebecca Harris! Linda baked and individually wrapped wonderful Christmas cookies, and Rebecca made yummy chocolate, peanut butter, and ginger cookies. Wishing everyone a happy 2025!
