Stepping away from the full time wedding world has allowed for me to slow down and photograph such meaningful memories where families are being raised, kitchens are being cooked in and babies are being made 😉

Friday is good because Sunday is coming! I mention Phil Wickham last year and his lyrics “when all I see is the cross, God, You see the empty tomb”. That is the cry of my heart! To keep my eyes on Him regardless of my circumstances. To be able to say “it is well with my soul” knowing that God has me on the other side of my ashes. We praise God for Good Friday; the darkest day in history, because Sunday is coming 🫶🏼
It’s the honor of my life to steward this little girl towards Jesus and teach her of the sacrifice that He made for her, why He made it and how we are called to live like Him. I am a broken human who regularly stumbles but in my brokenness, I know I serve a Jesus who has wiped my sins clean. As we walk through life and live in a broken world, we plan to teach our children that in the midst of brokenness, we are still forgiven, beloved children of the most high King 🤟🏼Praying that over you and your family today, too!

My babies are having a baby 🥹 From graduation photos, engagements, bridals, wedding to maternity and newborn right around the corner 😭 Love you so much 🫶🏼

One of my favorite sessions last year 🫶🏼 Newborn season is tough on 2 year olds! These sessions require patience for the precious hearts of the older siblings and some extra photos of big brother/sister to make them feel special 🤍 People ask me all the time if I do newborns - and it’s a YAASSS! They are some of my favorite hours spent getting a peek into your world and the dynamic between mom, dad, baby and sometimes, a blue-eyed, firefighter loving big brother 🤍 Grateful for clients turned friends like !! 🫶🏼

Nothing brings butterflies or wells up tears like a Baptism Sunday 🫶🏼

The Sunday after Men’s Advance is my favorite Sunday of the year. Men singing their hearts out; the Holy Spirit so tangible in the room. I cry every year watching men come home transformed, but this year is my favorite year. This year I cried singing “This is a house of miracles” while I watched my little brother praising Jesus from the front row. I have prayed miracles over his life for a decade and I have seen Jesus completely capture his heart and transform his life over the last 2 months. Now this man, the little boy I used to carry up the stairs, will never be the same 😭😭 PRAISE JESUS!!

We heard a testimony last night, and the guy said, you can run as far as the east is from the west, but Jesus is still only one step away because He is with us wherever we go ~ It doesn’t matter how far you have run, you just need to turn around and take that one step towards Jesus 🤍 He’s there, He’s been waiting.

Praying transformation over your life and over your family’s lives this year. There is nothing God can’t do!
