DID YOU KNOW?
June is recognized as National Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Awareness Month, a time dedicated to raising awareness about PTSD, reducing the stigma surrounding mental health, and encouraging those who are struggling to seek support and treatment.
PTSD can affect anyone who has experienced or witnessed a traumatic event, including military personnel, first responders, law enforcement officers, healthcare workers, and members of our community. While the scars may not always be visible, the impact can be life-changing.
Not all wounds are visible. If you or someone you know is struggling, remember that help is available and you are not alone.
